Shipping Policy

Toque de Niobel Hair Extensions ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States. During launch periods and promotions, processing and shipping times may experience slight delays due to high order volume.

Shipments in the United States are made via UPS Standard within 3 to 5 business days, with an additional 1-2 day transit time for regional areas. Some orders may experience delays in picking, packing, and shipping.

Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process, and can be extended up to 3 days during sales periods. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for refused or unclaimed merchandise, as well as any additional customs or duty charges that may be incurred on their order.

Despite our efforts to ensure timely delivery, Toque de Niobel Hair Extensions is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order. In the event of absence at the time of delivery or incorrect information provided during the purchase, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-delivery attempts.
